Clients may be charged up to $75 for late cancellations and missed appointments. 

Our office staff is happy to help you re-schedule your appointment at no cost, with at least 24 business hours notice prior to your originally scheduled appointment. 

This includes informing us by FRIDAY for a Monday appointment.
